Blaque/OUT Equity & Inclusion Architects are a team of all Black and all Queer or Trans Educators who are not only talented, polished speakers but are able to speak from their own experiences

Every year Blaque/OUT supports initiatives to support the community from sponsorship to TDOR awareness events and campaigns

WE WERE BUILT FOR THIS. Blaque/OUT started in 2020 to create space, a platform and education for Intersectionality when the world was on fire. We were formed in the flames.
