Blaque/OUT was created under the direction of Advocate & Activist, Tamara Leigh to celebrate, educate around and showcase Black Queer Qulture. Established in 2020, Blaque/OUT champions Black & Brown Queer Qulture through Blaque/OUT Magazine and Blaque/OUT Consulting which consists of both Education and Policy & Procedure Consulting through a QTPOC/BIPOC/LGBTQ+ lens.
