Blaque/OUT was created under the direction of Advocate & Activist, Tamara Leigh to celebrate, educate around and showcase Black Queer Qulture. Established in 2020, Blaque/OUT champions Black & Brown Queer Qulture through Blaque/OUT Magazine and Blaque/OUT Consulting which consists of both Education and Policy & Procedure Consulting through a QTPOC/BIPOC/LGBTQ+ lens.
The world is beginning to catch up to the necessity of incorporating Black, Brown and Queer voices into the fabric of Business, Education, Leadership, and Institutions. Blaque/OUT Consulting offers workshops, lectures, and policy/procedure review to assist in increasing representation, equity practices, anti-racist, anti-transphobic and anti-homophobic spaces.
